ACCOMMODATION RULES

1. Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM, except for some properties where check-out is until 10:00 AM. This information is specified during booking.
2. Hourly extension of stay is possible only after confirmation by the Landlord, subject to availability and advance payment from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. After 2:00 PM, the property is charged for a full day.
3. Smoking is prohibited (including cigarettes, tobacco, hookah, IQOS, etc.) anywhere on the property or in common areas of the apartment building, including the balcony, loggia, hallway, or stairwell, except in designated smoking areas.
4. The presence of cigarette butts, the smell of smoke (cigarettes, hookah, tobacco, etc.), or ash will be considered evidence of smoking.
5. Open flames are prohibited indoors (e.g., burning candles, sparklers, etc.).
6. Walking inside the property in outdoor shoes is not allowed.
7. After 10:00 PM, only guests registered at booking may stay on the premises.
8. Sharing the electronic key code or safe code (if available) with third parties is prohibited.
9. Towels and bed linens must not be used for unintended purposes. Additional sets may not be used without prior approval.
10. Noisy events, parties, or gatherings that disturb neighbors' peace and quiet are prohibited, including during the day.
11. Modifications to the property (renovations, rearranging large furniture, repairs of any kind) or organizing such work by third parties are not allowed.
12. The Guest may not transfer rights to the property (including subletting, pledging, selling, etc.) or assign any rights under this agreement to third parties.
13. Pets (including birds, reptiles, insects) are prohibited unless agreed with the Landlord as per clause 10.3 of this agreement.
14. Evidence of an animal’s presence (tracks, fur, odor, etc.) will be treated as a violation. For pet policies, inquire when booking.
15. Storing hazardous items (flammable materials, weapons, chemicals, radioactive substances, mercury, toxic/poisonous items, etc.) is prohibited.
16. Upon check-out, the property must be left clean and tidy:

• Used linens and towels should be folded and placed on a bed.
• Dishes must be washed.
• The property must be cleaned, and trash taken to designated bins.
• Before leaving, ensure all taps are closed, windows shut, lights and AC (if any) turned off, and heating appliances unplugged.
• Return all keys and parking fobs (if provided).
