Once everything is agreed upon, we will confirm your selected apartment.
A rental agreement will be signed electronically to secure the price, ensure transparency, and protect your interests. We’re always open and happy to provide all necessary documents.
We’ll then send you payment details to complete your booking.
Once we receive your prepayment, we’ll confirm your reservation.
You will receive detailed check-in information: dates, address, navigation link, check-in instructions, and house rules — all to make your stay smooth and comfortable.

2. Guest Check-In
Check-in is fully contactless and available 24/7, at your convenience.
We’ll explain where to pick up the keys and how to complete the final payment. It’s all simple and smooth.
When you arrive, contact your manager to pay the remaining balance and receive the door code.
Enter the code and enjoy your apartment.
Carefully inspect the apartment upon arrival. If anything is broken or missing, please let your manager know within the first 30 minutes. Photos/videos are helpful — we will address any issues immediately.

3. During Your Stay
If you have questions or encounter any issues, our team is always available and ready to assist.
Please follow the house rules during your stay.
4. Extending Your Stay
Please check with your manager in advance if you wish to extend your stay.
If your requested dates have already been booked and paid for by another guest, extension in that apartment won’t be possible — but we’ll do our best to offer you alternatives.
Only the dates you’ve paid for are considered booked. We cannot guarantee availability beyond them without full payment.
5. Guest Check-Out
We make check-out flexible and hassle-free — at a time that works best for you.
A day before your departure, your manager will send you all necessary check-out instructions.
Check-out must be completed no later than 11:00 AM, so our cleaning team can prepare the apartment for the next guest.
If your departure time is uncertain or changes, please inform us as soon as possible.
Remember to lock the apartment, leave the key, and follow your manager’s instructions for a smooth check-out.
